Shipping policy

We offer next-working-day delivery as our standard service.

Standard Next Working Day Delivery - Orders Placed Before 3 pm

•  £6.99 for orders under £75, FREE delivery for orders over £75 (excluding hot tub and swim spa covers).

•  SMS delivery notifications and tracking.

•  Orders placed after 3 pm Friday and before 3 pm Monday will be delivered on Tuesdays.

48 - 96hr Delivery on Covers

• £75 Standard delivery charge.

For larger items, such as hot tub covers, the shipping time will be between 48 and 96 hours.

•  You will receive an SMS by 7 pm the day before delivery and again upon departure of our delivery vehicle. This second SMS will also include a tracking link and expected arrival window.

•  Hot tub and swim spa covers are 'delivery only' and do not include fitting unless this service has been purchased.
