We’ve improved our customer support programme to better serve you by working closely with our nationwide network of authorised Hydropool retailers and service partners, providing faster and more responsive local support.

As part of this change, Hydropool UK no longer provides direct frontline support for in- or out-of-warranty product enquiries. Your main point of contact for all service and support needs is now the authorised retailer or partner you purchased from, or your nearest authorised retailer. This local support continues to be fully backed by Hydropool UK.
