Our Major Service is the most comprehensive option available, designed to deep-clean your system, inspect every component, and reset your spa for optimal use. Whether you're booking as a one-off or part of a service plan, this thorough check helps protect your investment and prolong the life of your Hydropool product.

Major Service Includes
- Check spa condition on arrival
- De-scale heating element (using water additive)
- Sanitise internal pipework
- Run all pumps facilitating ‘flushing & sanitising’
- Remove skimmer assembly and clean
- Use anti-bacterial fluid to wash cover inside and out
- Treat outside of cover with PVC treatment
- Pump out all water
- Remove, clean and replace diverter caps
- Wash outside casing of spa (if assessable)
- Hose shell to remove any debris
- Wash shell and skimmer area using anti-bacterial surface cleaner
- Inspect all jets and vacuum
- Hose all vents and inlet grills (remove inlet grills, if necessary, to clean)
- Rinse shell (ensuring all cleaner is removed)
- Clean ozone outlets
- Inspect shell and note any imperfections/staining
- Refill spa
- Clean pillows and chlorine dispenser
- Run all pumps, check for airlocks
- Check for leaks
- Clean steps
- Set clock on panel
- Reset service reminders (where applicable)
- Reposition and secure hard cover
- Leave clean & tidy
